A "just for fun" entry for the Seventh Sanctum contest Characters - EXTREME! [link]

Name: Blizzard Queen
Description: This man's wild eyes are the color of chestnuts. He has neck-length, curly, bone white hair that is styled in a way reminiscent of a cobra's hood. His physical form is notably feminine.

I used the Fantasy Name Generator Extreme [link] generator to get the name and the Bishotron generator [link] to get the description.

I couldn't resist -- A DUDE NAMED BLIZZARD QUEEN. But remember to pause between his names. He's not the blizzard queen, his last name just happens to be Queen, like Elery Queen. In a JRPG, he'd DEFINATELY be a villian. You'd probably have to battle him in some ice zone, and he'd f*** you up with his (of course) ice powers. I imagine him having a bevy of sexy moe-moe minion girls doing his bidding (like a Batman villian?), but I was too lazy to draw some.

God, this freak is going to be haunting my dreams tonight, I just know it! XD

I wonder... Maybe he could be a rival pirate with an equally WEIRD crew (and ship) who fights Luffy and the Straw Hats? Hmm...

Like a place that exists where you go and meet a group of pirates just like yourself, making the straw hats fight a crew of pirates very similar to themselves, Blizzard Queen could be the Zoro of the group. I wonder if Oda has thought of this? =/
